I'm a woman and I heard good things about it, so I tried. It didn't do much for me. Might be though that the dose I took was too low. I used it together with my man (who doesn't need it, and neither do I ;-)) as an experiment, and we both felt that it didn't add anything really.

So, maybe at a bigger dose, but that can also be unhealthy.
