Do you believe that Cindy McCain's recent handshaking injury is that or is it P.R.?

I have to say that if you sprain a wrist by shaking someone's hand, you need some multivitamins, a glass of milk or something! Man! I have never heard of that and if that is a PR ploy so that she can get a little personal space on the campaign trail, that is a long way to go for personal space.
