Is this Smackdown Scramble that I'm heaing about an attempt by WWE to get Triple H more "title reigns"?

It just seems that it's a ridiculous way for them to add more title reigns to Triple H's career so that he can catch Ric Flair quicker. What do you think?

Update:

ok, thanks for clearing that up for me

let me clear things up..all the title reigns iin the 20 minuets dont count who ever is the champ at the end of the match will be officially the world champ..so all title changes in between the matches dont count as world title reigns

No. Just like the RAW Championship Scramble match only the Champion at the end of the 20 minute time limit is recognized as a Champion. So should Triple H have the Championship at the end of the 20 minutes then he retains & it would not add a next reign to his credit.

I kinda thought that they would have an equivalent on SmackDown. It is like earlier in the year when RAW & SmackDown/ECW had dual Elimination Chamber matches.

I think the reigns during the match will not count. Only the man with the title at the end of the match will have a reign. If not; RECORDS WILL BE BROKEN, Triple H could surpass Ric Flair and we could have some of the shortest title reigns ever.

Mike Adamle said "the belt may change hands on more then one occasion, but it dosen't count as an official reign until the end of the 20 minutes"
