Why do I get brain freeze?
Everytime I eat ice cream I had terrible headache (brain freeze), is it due to dehydration, immune system, cold temperature & lactic acid or dilation of arteries.

I think you have been busy with Google today as your imagination is wonderful!
However it is just due to extreme coldness hitting local nerves in mouth that run up rudiments of your face, brain freeze , ps the arteries would constrict with cold, not dilate, you should use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and leave the ice cream to thaw slightly in future LOL
