Get both of them: One full time and one part time. It is painful, but that's the best way to get ahead in your financial situation and build a financial cushion for rainy days. I did it for many years. If the full time job offers you to work overtime, then taking the full time job with overtime would be less painful.

It is better to have one fulltime job for the following reasons
1. Benefits.
2. Career. You will get a chance to move up in a full-time job. You will not get promoted in a part-time job.
3. Respect. From boss and co-worker
4. Permanence. You stand a better job of keeping your job if it-s full-time.
5. Self-improvement. You can improve your skills, be a better worker, extend your know-how.
6. Network. You meet on an equal level people from other companies, vendors and customers, each of whom may be in a position someday to hire you at a better salary.
7. Celebrity. This may sound funny, but you gain a reputation and word gets around. But as a part-timer, you earn as much respect as a computer mouse.
8. Bonuses, vacations, sick days. Part of the gravy in full-time job.

Depends on the jobs, but generally one full time is better. Here's why: with a full time job you get benefits, health insurance, vacation, retirement, etc. With two part time jobs, you may get more take home pay, but you usually don't have any benefits.

It is better to have a full time job. You get the benefits.
Part time jobs don't take enough taxes off and you always end up paying at tax time.

One full time is better. You will qualify for benefits, insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.
Plus, if you work over either 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, you will earn overtime. At a part time job, you can put in up to fourty hours each week in both and not get 1.5 your pay per hour.
