No. There is no such thing. The only memories in a computer are the RAM (including the memory on the video card(s)), the cache on the CPU, the CMOS and the hard drive(s). The RAM and the cache on the CPU are volatile memories (once they are not powered any more, the information stored is gone). The CMOS stores the BIOS settings (boot priority, CPU clock frequency etc.). It is also a volatile memory but is powered all the time by a battery located on the main board. The hard drive(s) are non-volatile memories (the information stored is not gone once the power is off) but, once you deleted a piece of information, that information is gone.
