Coffee, Coffee, Coffee?!?!?!?!?

You know when you go to a nice restaurant, order coffee at the end of your meal, and they bring out an incredible rich tasting dark cup of coffee??? How the heck can I get that at home?? I've gotten dark roast, tried adding more coffee without adding more water, and different brands, but I'm just not getting that amazing after dinner coffee I'm looking for. Does anyone have the answer?

    YES! I have the answer... It is freshly cut coffee beans. Right off the vine. So you have to grow your coffee... Is it time for a move to say, columbia?

    Many restaurants use "Bunn" company coffee makers.

    You might be lucky enough to find a "Bunn" coffee maker at your local Wal-mart.

    Those coffee makers are usually made for commercial things like restaurants.

    However, I'm not sure what brand coffee you should use considering whether or not the restaurant has their own coffee brand or not.

    i have the answer for you...

    first it is a plus if you can purchase your personal grinder...

    second... a good secret i have learned from working at starbucks is that the best way to bring out the richness of the coffee is to make it in a coffee press.. also known as a French Press... its very simple and you will find that the flavor does come out better..

    remember.. beans can still be good for up to two weeks

    and ground coffee for days...

    so i definitely think you should invest in a small grinder

    enjoy... =]

    I am so happy that Dunkin Donuts coffee is now available at my Walmart. You have to grind you own coffee, no matter what bean you choose! I used to by whole Bean coffee and grind it fresh every day at home! That was good, and I still have the grinder! Fresh coffee for me...who-hoo!

    it is the hot water, it make the oil come out of the beans. They usually have an industrial type maker. Instead of using your coffee maker try a french press, you control how hot you want the water. The hotter the better
