Successful outdoor weddingpics ?

Digital Sony 18-70 mm. Taking outdoor wedding pictures. Afternoon.

Also, later indoors. How avoid "bad" shadows behind couple and too bright faces ?Suggestions for successful pics ? Thx.

    Outdoor wedding pictures are the BEST ways to take pictures. Always use it during the afternoon (almost sunset) so the shadows are soft and the color of people's skin always seems more soft as well.

    to avoid bad shadows is to position the people towards West (towards the sun). You won't get a lot of shadows that way on people's faces. Set your camera to outdoor setting.
