Children's song lyrics?

I'm trying to find the name or the lyrics to three children's songs I recall hearing when my brother was young. These were on LPs. The first has a girl singing "Playmate come out and play with me and bring your dollies three, climb up my apple tree, look down my rain barrel, slide down my cellar door and we'll be jolly friends for ever more."

The second has a guy and some kids singing " The cow goes moo, the dog goes woof and the roster he goes cocka doodle do at the break of every day" and they go through nearly every animal you can think of.

The third has a guy singing "And a cowboy needs a hat, needs a hat, needs a hat, and he needs some shiny spurs shiny spurs, shiny spurs if he wants to keep riding, riding along."

Any ideas?

I only know the first one:

Say say ole play mate come out and play with me

    And bring your dollies three

    Climb up my apple tree

    slide down my rain____

    into my cellar door

and we'll be jolly friends forever more

    So sorry playmate

I can not play with you

    my dollies have the flu

they may throw up on you

    ain't got a rain___

    ain't got a cellar door

but we'll be jolly friends forever more

The 2nd one I never heard of

the 3rd one I saw on a disney singalong video 20 year ago but I do not know the song

    Say, say, oh playmate,

Come out and play with me

    And bring your dollies three

    Climb up my apple tree

    Slide down my rainbow

    Into my cellar door

    And we'll be jolly friends

    Forever more, 1-2-3-4

    It was a rainy day,

She couldn't come out and play

With tearful eyes, she breathed a sigh

And I could hear her say:

    Say, say, oh playmate

    I cannot play with you

    My dolly's got the flu

Boo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo

    Ain't got no rainbow

    Ain't got no cellar door

    But we'll be jolly friends

    Forever more, 1-2-3-4

Thats the only one I could find so far.

Never had the record, but we sang the first one all the time as kids...

    Oh little playmate

come out and play with me

    and bring your dollies three

    climb up my apple tree

    slide down my rainbow

    into my bedroom door

    and we'll be ever friends

    forever more

    1234

(the "cellar door" is from a meaner variation we sang as kids -

    Oh little enemy

come out and fight with me

    --cant remember the middle...)
