    drink plenty of water, running helps to make you sweat which helps you to loose weight and strethen your legs i would do a few miles a do running not walking and doing some weights for arms also abs all sorts of crunches would work

    it takes a good six months, if u are a regular to bring ur muscles under control - meaning if u start working out.. today.. six months from today you would have good muscle, nice blood circulation etc.

    - There is really no shortcut to weight loss. u got to work it out..

    Do some weight lifting, and exercise along with good dieing should do the trick.

    shrink you carb intake and strengthen you protein. do a large variety of cardio workouts like swimming, cycling, working and so on.. to effectively soften the fat away formerly you proceed to weight preparation.

    Muscle is actually heavier than fat, so you should do cardio exercises and diet.
