Smokers, do you prefer to date other smokers?

I used to smoke and was dating a smoker too , but recently my new boyfriend hates even the smell of it. I dont know ..the fact that he does not smoke is kind of a turn off , i feel that smokers and other smokers connect better

I only smoke 5 or 6 per day but I dont like to be made to feel guilty for doing so.

I agree! I am a smoker and have been with a smoker for almost 5 years but I have some friends that one smokes and the other doesn;t and they fight & argue about it all the time.

id rather date a smoker. That way i dont have to hear about "its like kissing an ashtray" and other stupid **** like that. Theres no guilt trips, plus it gives me someone to bum smokes from when im out. Its just easier all around dating a smoker then a non smoker.

im a non smoker and would never date a smoker. On a first date once this guy smoked before he met me and I was SOOO turned off! YUCK!

I guess that's why smokers find it easier to date other smokers - They don't get the judgments or the gross reactions

I smoke when I drink and find non-smokers in smoking areas annoying; by the same token, I find smokers annoying during the day, or when they smoke in places that are inappropriate(like restaurants or enclosed areas). Either way, it's a nasty habit; we all know it, but like farting, we aren't prepared to just take it somewhere else when the urge hits us!

I've never dated a non-smoker and I don't plan on it.

It's much easier, and more enjoyable to be with a smoker.

I always preferred to date smokers. The more they smoke, the better! And I especially enjoyed dating those who also enjoy sharing smoke in smoky kisses, or smoking during foreplay and sex! Yum!
