With its concave face, it does look a lot like a greek temple. Sort of goes with his messiah thing his wife mentioned about healing our souls.

On the top of the Temple it is going to have a picture of Obama's spiritual mentor who is like an Uncle to Obama. Next to the picture of Obama's pastor of 20 years it is going to say:
instead of God Bless the United States of America
it will read God damm the United States of Klu Klux Klan of America

As an Obama supporter,I think it's a little over the top,but I think it's symbolic considering that the day Obama gives his speech is the 40th anniversary of the "I have a dream..." speech. MLK Jr. gave that speech in front of the Lincoln Memorial which had the Greek columns
I don't really care for the decorations, but I do care for the speech

Maybe he got the idea siteseeing in Berlin. They have the Pergamon Museum with a Greek temple.
It would be hilarious if the Rev. Jeremiah Wright popped out from behind a pillar and went into one of his rants.

It's not over the top for an elitist liberal, snob who has never had a real job in the real world. Obama Fantasy Land!

Typical for an all flash, no substance Obama. He has to have all these props because he couldn't carry off a big show (and that's all it is) without them. Just more money wasted, because he will never be POTUS.
