ipod nano or itouch? or maybe a different brand?
basically i just need a music player with 8GB, or 4GB at the very least, and easy to use (loading music to and connecting to a car audio head unit). preferrably small, too. the itouch just looks really cool, but i heard it isn't very simple to load music to since it doesn't register as an external disk drive when you plug it in the USB port. what do you think? also, any other brands that you think will do even better than the ipod? i live in the philippines, so there aren't many other choices... creative, samsung and sony i think are the next biggest ones after apple...

The iPod Touch is just as easy to sync as any other iPod; it still uses iTunes (download iTunes 7.7 here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ ).
But in your case, I'd recommend that you buy the iPod nano, since you want something small. The iPod Touch is the second largest iPod (only the Classic is larger), and the Nano is a very nice, compact music player. It's very thin, and the screen is pretty reasonable for watching videos on.
However, wait a few weeks before you purchase an iPod; Apple is rumored to be updating the iPod line in September, and you wouldn't want to be stuck with an "old" iPod when you could have waited a few weeks.

Touch. Just as easy as any other ipod
Extras on touch:
I personally find that the music is ALOT louder. I think it has something to do with the inbuilt amplifier.
Touch is alot more sleek and awsomer!
Looks great in the car
