Guy's Shirt to Go with This Dress?

What color shirt should my man wear? He has a dark gray suit (almost charcoal)

Update:

Weird, It opens right up when I click on it. But if you can't see it...It's a smoky blue with a black mesh overlay and blue flower applique.

    I couldnt see the dress on the link you posted, but I would go with black! Can't go wrong with charcoal and black!

    Ummm...you can't really see it. Plus, guys should usually wear white under a suit.
