Was this a good move?

I am in a ten team league, where I had the #1 pick. My team before the trade I accepted was:

QB: Matt Hasselbeck

RB: LaDainian Tomlinson

RB: Laurence Maroney

RB/WR: T.J. Houshmandzedah

WR: Santonio Holmes

WR: Nate Burleson

TE: Kellen Winslow

K: Ryan Longwell

DEF: Packers

BENCH: Anthony Gonzalez, Bernard Berrian, Deuce McAllister, Derrick Mason, Jake Delhomme, Derrick Ward, James Jones

I then accepted a trade that has me sending Maroney, Housh, and Holmes to get:

Matt Forte

Chester Taylor

and Adrian Peterson

What do you think?

    Awesome team.

I like how you have Forte and Burleson. They both are going to give solid numbers to whoever has them this year.

And that's why I have Burleson on 1-3 of my teams, lol.

Peterson and Taylor are on the same team and only one of them can get the ball at a time. I guess it's good for the handcuff idea. Forte is good but is also a rookie and may not be starting mid-season if Benson starts showing good things. The Question is what are you gonna do for Wideouts? You should bait Forte to another team for a quality WR that you can depend on weekly. You should be a tough team to knock off week in/out and may even blow some teams away. Nice combo on the RB slot though. Good luck.

You took a major hit at WR and you also didn't need that many running backs, you need to trade Deuce, Chester Taylor and maybe Derrick Ward for a good WR.
