If you want to gain weight you need to food rich with fat ,vitamins,
proteins and carbohydrates. Energy drinks BOOST,HORLICKS,BPROTEIN will surely help you a lot.Eat lot of
meat ,fish,eggs and sweets. Regulaly exercising ,jogging swimming will increase your hunger and appetite. Eat healthy nutritious food.

Eat bigger meals rich on fat and sugars.
And go to a gym to build muscles:they weigh more then fat.

take balanced diet with exercise if necessary have body boosters , prescribed by a physician
