I'm pretty lucky I'm 38 weeks and still not wearing maternity clothes and can still fit in some of my shorts and jeans . What I did was bought a size bigger in shorts ( I was a 4/5 pre pregnancy ) a junior 7 . As far as shirts I bought everything in the juniors section as well since everything is a " baby doll " cut - either in a medium or large.

I found maternity clothes are pretty expensive ( and some ugly ) and opted to buy everything at either Walmart , Target and Dillard's.

    Congrats on your pregnancy :)

  • I wore my first maternity pants at 6 months. I don't wear maternity shirts just buy styles that work with my belly and get a bigger size then normal. I got my pants at Target and Old Navy.

I went to Motherhood...to the store and also shopped online...I was about 4-5 months when I started showing enough that I had to wear them..I wore some stuff earlier but that is just because I was so excited...some clothes made me look bigger nad more preggo (which i loved) haha...hope this helped..

you just have to wait till your clothes don't fit anymore. Some people its 5 months or if your like my co-worker its 2 months. Every person and every baby is different.
