Anyone else find the little speech bubbles that come up while you are answering, ANNOYING?

It's like having someone in the back seat of your car, offering little tidbits of irritating advice.... and it's difficult to thump a speech bubble (and there's another one, telling me it looks like I have a lot of punctuation!).

Update:

I can just imagine this backseat driver image; twitching, frowning and sucking their lips in whilst watching my obvious (to them) incompetence and deciding how to tell me without offending me.

Definately!. It's just an animated annoyance that doesn't allow for emphasis (Capitalisation), alternative quote marking (......) also.

As already stated it's using US English in the UK & Ireland Yahoo - why?.

I thought Yahoo were supposed to make things better (!)

Oh! I seem to have killed it by clicking on the X at top right of it's little box. Since I did that it hasn't appeared.

The bubbles are officious. There, I used my latest vocab' word in a sentence.

I find that the more a sentence would benefit from punctuation, the more the "Hmm... Looks like you have a lot of punctuation" bubble pops up.

Not only that, but they are giving stupid advice. I will make the decisions on how much punctuation I will use and where I highlight in capitals.

Yes it is annoying. I just ignore it. I thought the older spell checker was better to be honest.
