Who is causing people to all of a sudden care who the VP choice is?
I could care less if Biden is politics as usual or if Palin is limited in her experience. I'm voting for Obama or McCain, not their understudy.

It does matter to many of us. An entrenched insider, used as a crutch because of incompetence means business as usual, let alone the strong ties to lobbyist, in Biden's own family. Where's that CHANCE?
Palin, represents the true change in this situation and a refreshing one at that.
Should something happen to the President, one of these people will be in charge. To me, that makes it important.

Its true the top of the ticket matters the most, but the bottom part matters a little. I was planning on voting for Barr before Palin was nominated. I don't much care for McCain and his liberal ways. Palin is a true conservative so I can vote for that ticket now - because she is on it.

Palin being added to the ticket has changed things for me. I had fully intended not to vote or vote third party. But now I'll be voting for the McCain/Palin ticket.
