Get your GP to prescribe Tetracycline antibiotics for six months. This will clear them up, you may develop Thrush as a result but is a small price to pay and is easily treated.

In the meantime, do not apply any creams or cosmetics to your skin, do not wear "make-up" use a ph balanced soap, rinse well and keep to your own towel.

Avoid touching your face unless your hands are scrupulously clean, do not pick, poke or squeeze.

The reason your skin is so "sensitive" is because it has had enough. Leave it alone, make sure your body is well hydrated, expose it to fresh air, and avoid synthetic products.

Skin is an organ, the largest in the human body, treat it well (naturally) and it will be well.

Use your fresh urine as an astringent on individual spots, works better than anything and is cheap!

Have you ever marvelled at nature? Mother nature has all the best remedies, just take heed.

    Good luck x.

I use garnier pure exfoliating daily wash, only use the smallest amount . It took about a week for me to notice a change, but it is fantastic as i'm prone to outbreaks and they can really hurt, and this calms it down. Also I use biore facial wipes at lunch time just to keep my face clean.

Works for me, hope you find something that works too

Nothing bought from the shops will work, you will have to go to the doctors if they try give you antibiotics say no as i've had like 5 different types and none worked.

Whatever you do dont use clearesil...escpeciall yif you have sensitive skin..it just gives you spots.

Before you go to bed put a bit of germoline cream on it and well make them go down and after a couple of day (if you apply it everynight on the spots) they well go away.

    Hope this helps.

I had loads of spots when I was growing up and they went when I was about 19.

So just forget them and they will clear up by themselves. I wouldn't dream of putting any stuff on my face.
