CCCleaner ????? Any experienced users online?

Hi i am new to CCCleaner, is there anything I SHOULD NOT DO when using it??? It looks a bit daunting, I dont want to ruin my puter..

    absolutely the best and safest cleaner out there ... been using 4 years now ...i run everyday even a couple time's a day to remove cookies and crap ... the only thing i can tell you when cleaning registry it will prompt u to back up ..... do so !!! in case of a problem u can restore ... other than that clean away!!!!!!!!

    yeah anything greyed out dont click, on the settings of which you can clean from. i have used it for years, hasnt corrupted my registry ever. just save a copy of your registry every time you use it if you are worried. it is really good for deleting programs you cannot uninstall because you deleted the folder of it or something to that nature.
