Do you prefer to be addressed by your first name, short name, nickname from legal name, or nickname not...?

first name by ppl my age or older, if younger Ms. Ann instead of the formal Ms. lastname or Mrs. last name. I'm very informal with my kids friends and do let them call me by my first name.

Nicknames are fun, but not everyone seems to attract nicknames. I ended up with my first and second names combined. It's rather Southern, but I like it. Leslieann. Since I share my first and last names with my Father in law and my Brother in law - I needed to do something to keep from being like "one of the boys"!

Tattoo Mom used to call me Dale, because i made a facebook for this yahoo account and i used the name Dale Ksupremacy. i would also accept being called Steve or Carl or Bob, though none are my real name. few people know my real name so they don't know my nickname, neither of which i will disclose. i don't think any of what i just said makes any sense, but it made sense in my head and that's what matters. if you know my real name, and you tell someone, i will cut you.

Just my first name, cant really make up to many nicknames with my name.

First name, but in school ppl call me by my nickname to make it easier without hassle. once i go to college and get out of high school, i'll preferred to be called by my first name at all times.

I've always been called by my last name by my friends (mostly because it rhymes with a choice 4 letter word) and unless it's my parents or my wife I don't even realize someone is talking to me if they use my first name.

Most people call me Lorrie. The name on my birth certificate is Laura. A couple of my best friends call me Lulu. So there ya go.

I prefer to be addressed by my first name....in its full form. People have tried to shorten it in the past....and I am not entirely comfortable with that.

Well i guess it would depend on who was undressing me at the time ,, but when that happens they could call me hey you,, i wouldnt know the diff
