Where to get unique dresses?
I'm shopping for homecoming and I need cheap (under 100 dollars) semi-formal dress.I want it to be diffrent than everyone else's but I don't know where to start.Where do you suggest.(please no deb everyone buys dresses from their)
please don't type in "the mall" I mean come on i'm talking stores.

Try H&M; they are cheap and they move their inventory pretty quickly, so if you start shopping now, you can get a unique one under $50. Also, if you are really little, you could try shopping in the kids department; just try on the largest sizes there, or see if there's a plus-sized section for children.
Also, try actual department stores. These days most girls do shopping from chain stores like Deb, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, etc. and never visit a department store. Most dresses come in a set of standard silhouettes, so it's the color and pattern that makes them different. Most people wear solids, so why not give a print a try? Here are some I like:
