If you fall out a window(accidentally) and you fall on a person with lets say a really pointy umbrella or another object that can impale you or potently kill you and you die by that object. Is the person who you fall on and get impaled by going to be charged with murder, manslaughter or wrongful death?

Okay I've been sneaking around the EA forums lately and there has been talk about this securom thing. Will it affect me if I buy Apartment life. A guy at my work took his bird that he payed 10 dollars to the vet and had a 1,000 dollar surgery on it then it died two days later. So do you think it's really worth it to take small short lived aniams to the vet if so why?

Currently I have a pretty massive 2 degree burn on my hand. I don't have access to medication to sooth the pain so a home remedy would be very much welcomed.Also how long is the pain suppose to last?
