85 to 89 instrument cluster swap?
my 85 camaro has a 80MPH speedometer and my 89 camaro goes to 145MPH and has a tach and the 85 does not. the 85 does not have gauges it just has indicator lights. can i swap the intriment panal out of the 89 and put in the 85??? will it work???

I don't believe it will work because the '85 wasn't wired for the same accessories.

make sure you get all the attaching pieces that gos with that panel,you may even have to use the ecm from the 89 also.ck to see if the 89 has a speed sensor that connects to the panel,but with enough determination ,you will getrdone
