Considering the family pregnancy, do you think Sarah Palin is a good mother?

Just because her daughter got pregnant, this doesn't make her a bad parent, althought I do disagree with her view on Birth Control. In all reality why do so many view Birth Control as such a horrible thing. Would you rather there be many unwanted pregnancies and our Child Protective Service Agencies have a surge in Child Abuse. I don't understand where the government can come in and ban population control. That is ludicrous. The other commenter the Earth went on and on about how Palin is against birth control but then again not to criticize but look at the situation her family is in. No matter what Palin says I know she's not estatic about her 17 year old being knocked up, what parent would. Teaching Abstinence is all good and dandy but teach about birth control and that will make a difference and a more lasting effect than popping out babies at a young age. I would like to know how she would feel if she had a 14 year old who got pregnant what would she tell her, would she talk to her about birth control.

God is perfect. He's the perfect parent, and look at how his children are turning out! It's not that she's failed as a mother. She does need to consider her priorities. God has called her to be a wife and mother. I don't feel like she should neglect those duties to pursue her own interests.

What does this have to do with her being a bad mother. Oh, it's her fault that her daughter got pregnant. So if your kid turns out to be a serial killer is that the Mothers fault too? You can do your very best, and teach your children good values, and morals, but that is all you can do. If the screw up, it's their fault not yours.

She's not necessarily a "bad" mother, but if she's for "abstinence only" education and taught her children that way, don't she dare think she wants to force America under her own views like that. Because it sure didn't work for them and rather hypocritical of her if she's into "do as I say don't do as I do."

She may not be able to overturn Roe vs Wade but there is no constitutional right to the birth control pill.

She presides over a State whose budget has gone from 2.9 billion when she took office to 9 billion next year. 14,692.00 per person in the State. Wow. And they still have to pay Federal tax, and do not have roads between cities.

Increasing spending by 300% in just less than 2 years. She is better than Bush.
