Do you read the ingredients and contains label on the food you buy ?

And does it influence your decision what you are going to buy ?

    ALWAYS!

    I will put you to a task... try to find a loaf of bread that does NOT contain "high fructose corn syrup." Betcha it will drive you nuts. High fructose corn syrup is in EVERYTHING. Avoiding that substance is the main reason I read all my food labels. You can't just assume the use of real sugar, or the absence of weird chemicals.

    I only read the labels to make sure there isnt an ingredient that I dont like. I dont scrutinise the labels looking at fat, salt, sugar etc, life is too short, there is better things I could be doing, like eating something tasty!!!

    Yes, I read the nutrition information and yes it influences what I'm going to buy.

    I do read them, but only because I'm on a low sugar diet and the contents label can be misleading.

    I check most labels and then compare them to the next product to work out which one is the healthiest option.

    Yes and yes, the fewer the ingredients the better! Keep it pure, make it at home.

    Sometimes. I don't buy diet cokes anymore because of some of the weird stuff in them.

    only if i suspect it contains something i'm allergic to and if it does then yes it does effect my decision to buy it

    yes i do. if they are more then five ingredients, don't get them. Also if you cant pronounce the word, -don't eat it
