Employement based green card processing takes at least 5 years to 10 years. And grandmother cannot petition you, since she is not immediate family memeber such as spouse, parent, child or sibling.
So your best way is getting married to your US Citizen girlfriend and based on her petition, you will get 2 year conditional green card within 8 to 18 months.
