Can a P2 profile holder can get a waiver to get spc?

currently i have a mexican driver's license, i haven't go get my texas driver's license, i heard that i could just exchange my current license for a texas dl, is that true, or i have to take the test in order to get it? i know it sounds stupid but if it is tru i can save some time

i enlisted in the army and im gonna start as a PFC, i was 4 years in JROTC and i have about 40 college credit hours. i want to become a sapper, and i know that i have to be an E-4 in order to go to sapper school, i want to know what would i need to rank to an E-4 as soon as i finish BCT. im gonna go to FORT LEONARD WOOD and i'm gonna have my osut there, im gonna be there for 14 weeks i believe. thanks

hello, im 22 years old, i graduated from college last summer, and i got married to my girlfriend a month ago. we were dating for around 2 years, and we decided to get married. i came to the US with a passport and visa, but when i entered the country the officer cancelled my visa, because it was an undefined visa. and he said that he needed to cancel it because they were not in circulation anymore, and that i could stay in the country for up to 5 days, but i overstayed, and the officer @ the border wrote CWOP in my visa (Cancelled Without Prejudice). and of course my passport expired that same year. i have 8 years here in the US and i havent had any felonies, just like two police tickets that i already paid. well my question is if i have to go to Ciudad Juarez to start all the paper work, or can i do everything here without having to leave the country my wife is an american citizen. i dont really want to go to mexico because they might get mad and they wont let me come back. what can i do?

My girlfriend and I want to get marry but my visa is cwop, we have a 3 year relationship and we want to take the next step, but i don't know if i have to go to mexico to get all the paper work done, or if i can do it here in the states. i enter the country with visa and passport, and my visa was cwop when i entered, and i overstayed. i don't really want to leave the country cuz im afraid. i'm pursuing an associates degree, and i have a certificate already....plz help me......

when i came to the united states 8 years ago, the immigration officer wrote on my visa, 'CWOP', and now i want to get married. i'm finished with college already and i want to move on. Does that mean that i have to go to mexico and try to fix all my paper work over there? is there a possibility of doing all the proccess here in the states?

i just graduated from college, there is this company that wants to hire me, but i dont have a ssn, i have my passport and visa but they are expired, they told me that they are willing to make a petition for me (work permit) but it takes 6 months to 1 year, and they really want for me to work for them. i have a petition thru my grandma that is a citizen, and my girlfriend is willing to marry me, i dont know whats the best way to go, what would happen if i get married and then this ppl fill the application for me to work with them, while the petition that my grandmother did is in proccess?
