what were your weird fears as a kid?

Ah! The zombies was definetly one of mine. After watching the original Dawn of the Dead, I was scared to fall asleep and wakeup to a zombie infestation in my neighborhood.

Also, of gravity to quit working. Like one day it just cut off and we all float up in the sky into space. Of course i know better than that now, but i had nightmares about that!

Oh! Just remembered one! The movie Super Mario Bros had those Kumpas that really freaked me out! They had giant bodies with tiny lizard heads!

When I was a kid, I was really psychotic..

But I'm really afraid of taking a bath..

I don't know why!

I'm also afraid of answering the phone thinking that it would be some monster, zombie or a crazy psychopath because since I was a kid I usually watch horror movies and I easily get scared. WTF.

I was just a kid; a crazy one, though.. (laughs)

I was afraid of Aliens..

Cuz I had dreams of Aliens.

and ghost...

I thought I saw the same figure of a man everynight

by my door standing at the bookcase.

It would freak me out and my mom would have to

lay with me till I was asleep.

Also.. I wouldn't let my covers touch the ground..

they had to be ontop of the bed.

So the little monster people coundn't climb up and get me.

Also.. Vampires scratching at my window.. cuz I watched "Salems Lot" (I'm 37)

Crap... I have always been scared of the dark.

I have just gotten myself spooked!

I saw some story about this evil woman/creature thing that lived in the sewer and I was convinced that at some point it was going to come up out of the drain hole in the toilet and rip my @ss off. I also used to have recurring nightmares that there was this beastly black dog that only I could see, and it would randomly attack me while my family sat there and stared like I was just acting crazy. I was terrified that the dream would come true one day.

I was afraid of the static on the t.v.

Another one has to do with the house we lived in when I was younger. I used to run around the house, I was so afraid because when I ran around the house I though I was in a completly different place.

I was afraid of waking up one day to find that my entire family die and i was left alone in my country. That is the worst fear of in my life

Worzel Gummidge, a UK TV show about a scarecrow that would come to life. Him and the Aunt Sally characters scared the bejezus out of me - actually they still do!

When i was a kid i thought there was a hand under my bed that was going to attack me. Its weird now, but then it scared me so much i had to go sleep in my parents bed lol
