MotoGP. Nicky IS red....... according to Vale?

I think that Vale is just repeating (with a twinkle in his eye) what everyone else has been saying for weeks. Plenty of Journo's have been saying it's a done deal.

The only people who'll be upset are HRC, and we all know how Vale likes to rub their noses in it. I'm sure Nicky and Ducati are having a little chuckle about it all.

As for Nicky going to Ducati.........I hope he succeeds. But I'm just gonna wait and see. I was convinced Marco would do well on that machine. How wrong was I? So no predictions from me until at least winter testing.

sorry man but your question on the rossi side is daft - how can you say that Vale spilt the beans? Did Marco M not sit next to Nicky in a press conference and stick his Ducati cap on his head about two weeks ago? As you say, everyone has known about this for ages. It is daft to say thay the news was broken by rossi as he no more broke it than the journos who first mentioned it to the world - same place as u heard it first.

don't mean to be nasty but why do you answer so many questions with the - this is not a racing ... same text each time? it makes you come across kind of smug - and so what if people post them, 's no bid deal. Must have given u loads of points though i guess.

Yeah, I think 1.33 is on the cards but may be not at this first test. He will be on his own for this test, as Casey has already said, he is going for the wrist opp, the first day after the last GP. Saying that, Nicky is no stranger to testing on his own. That little Hobbit-bot did fuuk all testing for the 08 RCV and now wants all the credit for it. I have a great photo in Julian Ryders new 990cc book of Nicky out testing at 5.30pm. PM !! Dani was having a swim in his pool. Livio Suppo will give Nicky all the help he needs. Also, dont forget, this is the first time since Rossi that Nicky has had " a team mate ". That must feel weird to start with ! I think for his first test, we should give him credit for a mid to low 1.34. I'm sure he would be happy with that.

Valentino is a very straightforward kind of guy without many complications. For him it´s simple, and he is aware that the rumor is out there, so why pretend otherwise. I don´t think the news compromises Nick´s status for the rest of the year, neither Honda´s or Ducati´s for that matter.

Rossi, was just innocently answering a question, do you think he knows when Hayden was going to release it? You said it was the worst kept secret.

As far as Nicky "Forrest Gump" Hayden is concerned, this will prove his detractors correct or his supporters. If he bombs there is no HRC/Pedrosa to blame it on. If he kicks *** he shuts everyone up.

Hi Wiggysan. the question about Vale saying it . I dont care. I hope its true. I still think his riding style is very similar to Stoners. Weather his ability is up to stoners we will wait and see. I really do wish him the best. he works hard. I have one other thought if true. Casey will be a harder man to beat with another team-mate giving data to the team that will be relevent. I suppose that might work for Dani with Shinya too.

Wiggy I tried to confirm this with Earl Hayden at road atlanta a few weeks ago. He would not say for sure but that is the picture I got.
