Kurosaki Isshin, Ichigos dad. Hes a former captain of the 1 of the 12 squads, but he left with Urahara Kiseke. For the other people that think its kaien that only applies for Rukia and Byakuya.

They are talking about Kaien Shiba, who aside from the hair color looks exactly like Ichigo.
No one is reminded of Ichigo's dad, except for Urahara and Yoruichi, who already know the truth about his dad. Considering his dad was a Captain, everyone would have instantly recognized his name, if Kurosaki was the last name his father used back then. But nobody does recognize it.

you know Kaien they look very similar except that Kaien has black hair. if you remember in episode 47, rukia slays Kaien because of the hollow that entered his body and took over his mind. he was the leutinent for the 13th squad and Kaien and rukia had a very close relationship even though Kaien had a fiancee.

That would be Kaien-dono. He was one of Rukia's first squad captains. She ended up having to kill him b/c he was possessed by a hollow.
