This is a driver for Intel MotherBord 845 chipset Biltin Sound Card. It will work with Win98Se,W2k. (Sound Max Driver)

Go to a software shop & ask for 845 GCN motherboard CD.

Or go the motherboard dealer from whom u bought the board & ask him for the same.

Make sure the audio driver is in there for it should b there.

You can directly visit manufacturer site. As Intel doesn't manufacture sound card, it could be from either Realtek or Sound Max (Analog Devices). You can find out your sound card from Intel documentation site specify your MotherBoard model.
