Yes I have heard that before. My grandparents did that years ago and it did work. All they had to do was have the person that had the ear ache to urinate in a container of some sort and while it was still warm, pour it into that persons ear and then put cotton in the ear to hold the warm urine in their ear.

Well, I had never heard of that but I do know that when you first pee it is sterile. So if it was used it would have to be used immediately while still warm from the body. I can see where the acid from the pee and the fact that it is sterile could kill the infection in an ear and stop the ache. I do know that they say to pee on a jelly fish sting. The acid stops the poison and again the pee is sterile.

Yes I have I had a very severe earache when I was 18 (I'm 60 now) and my Mom couldn't afford a Dr. A friend of her told her to put pee in my ear and I wouldn't let her.

I have a son, Joey Niceforo, who is a young 27 year old tenor, with a group called "DESTINO" recording in Vancouver Bc, Canada.
For the last few weeks Joey has had a cold. Just a few days ago he developed an ear ache, a swollen ear and loss of hearing. He was diagnosed with serous otitis media (middle ear infection).
The major concern we have is that Joey and the Group DESTINO have been booked to open the Marie Osmond show in Disney World on April 3,
Have a quick remedy for our son??
Joey's ear got better just before flying.
He also got the special ear plugs for flying, and arrived in Florida, from Vancouver, on April 1st. On April 2nd he told us the ear was almost 100 percent, and he will, with the other, great DESTINO tenors be performing, in the COLORADO BALL ROOM DISNEY WORLD tonight at 7 pm.
This help was so effective, and helpful, to our young Canadian tenor, Joey Niceforo. I'm sure this input and therapy advice will, and has helped others.

No I haven't. When I was little, my mother would put warm olive oil in my ear and then then a cotton ball to keep it from running out. I guess the warm oil would melt any wax buildup that might be causing the earache.

I don't care what others say about how it's safe to put human urine in one's ear, you won't catch me doing it. As a small child, my mom would put a bottle of Sweet Oil in a cup of hot water, to let it warm up a little bit. Using an eye dropper, she put several drop of the oil in each ear, then she put a little bit of cotton in each ear. In the morning, the cotton was removed & the earache was gone. Adult women, who put urine into their ears, may run the risk of putting bacteria into their ears if they have a urinary tract infection & don't realize it. I don't know how bacteria is going to cure an earache. No thanks, I don't put Q-Tips in my ear, let alone urine. I seldom ever get an earache & if I get a bad one, I'll see my doctor.

Never heard of it before last night. BUT... After swimming yesterday evening, my 5 yr old daughter was complaining of water being in her ear and starting to bother her. When I was growing up, my Mom put peroxide in our ears and it always seemed to work. Today they say do not do that. I tried it anyway but did not work. As it got dark, her bothersome turned to pain. After an hour or so, my baby girl was screaming in pain. I have no vehicle and despite my efforts, could not get to the ER. Seconds from calling the ambulance (could not bear seeing her in so much pain), a friend told me of the old remedy. So, I did it!! Only a tiny drop of warm urine in her ear. IT WORKED! She fell asleep and slept through the night. Woke this morning and her first words were, "Mama, my ear is all better!" (I pray I did not hurt her in other ways, but it took her pain away.)

I hadn't heard of that cure for earache but I have been told that fresh pee will get rid of Athlete's Foot.

No- ew- that doesn't really make a whole lot of sense since that's a waste product. However, my Mexican great-grandmother once asked me for some breastmilk when she had a massive earache. There is actual science supporting that one.
