Early 90's boy group?

I'm trying to remember the name of an early 90's teen, african-american boy group. Their hit song that I can vaguely remember sounded something like "all s/he ever was was just another..." Web searches have turned up nothing, so help me prove that I am not crazy.

By the way, it would have been 90 or 91 when this came out.

No, it wasn't Shai, Jodeci, New Edition, or ABC. These kids were definitely young teens at best.
