I also would highly recommend vacuuming however, be sure you use the soft round brush attachment to vacuum to avoid scarring the ceiling. Occasionally, you should remove the round brush attachment and vacuum IT so that you won't be redepositing cobwebs that are sticking to either the brush or the ceiling. This should really do the trick! Hope this helps!

I was cotching on my horse in her stable once and a cobweb really made me mad for some reason so I just reached up and pulled them all off haha I don't recommend this though! I've also got stressed and attacked the ceiling with a broom before while mucking out. Cobwebs annoy me okay!! :P I've never tried using a vaccum cleaner but if you have a plug socket then that could work? Or a dust buster!! though I don't think they still make those XD and there's always good old feather dusters. I don't know how high the ceiling is but if you can reach it with a broom then they should work? especially if you can stand on something to reach Good luck! I hope you show them bloody cobwebs who's boss!! :P

~~The easiest way I have found to do this is vacuuming it with the dust brush attachment. Also, just as easy is take your broom handle and attach a cloth or paper towel around it with a rubber band, and just gently touch the cobweb to it. The webs stick to the cloth and come right off.~~

Vacuum. I use my vacuum for all dusting...window sills, ceilings, baseboard, lampshades. Anything else you can think of. Great for stucco walls and ceilings.
