Computer problem. I bet no one can solve this one. If you can then pls help?
well there is a very serious problem in my computer since many months.
My computer always works on 100% performance, whenever i open the task manager the computer is always showing the CPU usage to 100% and it slows down my work. I have a high configuration PC with core 2 duo, but the CPU usage is always full. When i got to processes the explorer uses the computers full memory usage. I installed new operating system because i thought that my computers OS would be having some problem but then again the same problem arrised. This is the 4th OS i am working on but there is no change. I can bet 1000 bugs that its not a hardware problem. Please help me solve the problem. I tried installing the 4 different OS from 4 different CD's,

This is nothing but some background process eating up ur system resources . i will suggest you to use some good antivirus .
Now i can suggest you something go to www.download.com then download spybot search and destory 1.5 version and install it update it and scan your pc . it will resolve your issue

Install kaspersky anti-virus and uninstall unwanted softwares immediately.

What are you using for security software? I agree it doesn't sound like hardware to me, it just sounds like a serious malware infection

Try reducing some programs tat start automatically during Start-up.
To do so select
Run---> type "MSCONFIG"---> Select Startup tab----> Uncheck all unwanted programs
