12 weeks, 6 days and leaking...something?

Hello, I'm 12 weeks, 6 days pregnant, just had my 12 week ultrasound and everything looked great. But for the past couple of days I'm feeling more wet down there and when I go to the bathroom, there has been some drops of moisture in my underwear. I sneezed hard yesterday and there was a little more. Am I leaking urine? Or could it be amniotic fluid? It's not like mucous, it's just liquid. I'm sort of freaked out about this? It's not a lot, the most is a little bigger than a quarter size spot on my underwear, but I'm worried. What could this be?

Don't worry! It sounds like vaginal discharged. When your pregnant your body (and a specially all your mucosa, like your mouth and vagina) tend to have better blood flow. This also increases vaginal discharge. As long as it doesn't smell bad or itches you have nothing to worry about.
If it starts to itch you should go see a doctor because then you probably have fungal infection.

P.S. If you leak amniotic fluid before 30 weeks it will just run like a tab!

I have the same thing and im 31 weeks. Ive had this since the beginning of the pregnancy. Its just discharge but I would call my Dr just to make sure you arent leaking amnotic fluid.

i have the same thing although i am 18 weeks pregnant i got quite worried about so i went to the doc just be sure everything was ok because like you i was scared i was leaked water but he assured me everything was fine and it is just increased discharge 
oh the joys of pregnancy lol
