No. Those spots are just pigment spots. They can be visible on any dog with a short, white coat.

Yes, there's another pit bull at our Dog Park that is also mixed with a Dalmatian and has the same spotting as your dog.

The spots you are seeing are just pigment spots, but I think his nuzzle sort of looks like a dalmatians. If you are really interested in finding out an exact answers, their are services that you can swab your dog and send that away and they tell you what breeds he has in him. He is a very nice looking dog!
