i have dark circles too, i use covergirl fresh complexion pocket powder foundation, it comes in a little blue oval compact and it works great =D

The Body Shop's pencil concealers work wonders for dark circles. One is about $11, but lasts a really long time.

Cinema Secrets Concealer is great! You apply it with a brush, and it stays in place. I use it for everything, circles (if I have had a long night):), or just as an eye brightener.

I've been using MK and it's worked fine for me, I like it because it's thick and it only takes a couple of drops to cover my under eye circles, plus it works great with their mineral powder foundation over it. I buy from this website, good luck ;)

Illuminare - I got a free sample once but it's the best I've ever used (you can find it online).
At your local mall - get MAC in the tube
