should have seen my interception back in 1983, yes we picked up our prom dates on a T-Rex. I was a saftey. The pass was a flag pattern, I read it all da way, I laid off from helping my teammate, watching the qb eyeing his wr on a one on one match as he released the ball I cut between the path of the ball and the wr, unfortunately I didnt expect the ball to be thrown with such an arch so I had to jump way up in the air in fact I look like a Micheal Jordan shoe picture on those Air Jordan shoes except put a football in that hand instead of a bball, well I came down with the int, I started running up the field remind you I have 4.4 speed, but I couldnt open up, I had to dodge this guy, stop and cut dodge that guy, all the while I was rambling down field, our films coach

was jumping up and down like crazy, well now all i have to beat was the qb, strange i was on the sideline only had one place to go but i manage to juke him and into the open field , i still couldnt put on my afterburners, but after that juke, the film coach was going real balistic with the camera, you couldnt tell what was going on now when we reviewed the tape the next day, but as i juked that qb , i saw nothing but yard, so as i started to finally kick it in i get killed by the opponents offensive linemen, i mean i got drilled, if i didnt have to juke, dodge ,stop cut and was able to open it up , as Chris Bergmen would have said and woooooooooop he goes all da way. That int was my 5th in three games, no lie, but led to my third serious injury or aggrevating injury of the season, the game b4 i had two int's but one of them I had my backbone jammed. So after we reviewed that int, the coach looked at me now that i have a jammed backbone and a hip-pointer from this one, like i said i got walloped by that o-lineman, he decided to no longer play me both ways, so the remainer of the yr i played offense as a wr banged up for the most of the season, my injuries was, seperated shoulder playing d-fense, jammed backbone int, hip-pointer from another int, and gravel shoved all the way into my knee bone that

those pebbles locked my knee, i missed only one game that yr, the last game of all games, and believe it or not its because i became ill very ill just b4 kickoff, geez what a yr.

So that picture that didnt show up that well was like that highlight tape of my int, couldnt tell anything because like i told ya my film coach was going ballastic after each juke and cut and dodge as i progressed down the field , then when i juked the qb, and cut back inside he was h going so balistic

with the camera and you hear himn screaming Go GO GO baby Go all the while the camera was bouncing up and down

you couldnt see a daggone thing. Like I said i had 4.4 speed the second fastest on the team, after reviewing the tape my teammates gave me a new nickname because i was running so slow reasons as i explained, but they labeled me "Turtle".

Get that a 4.4 speed "Turtle". Geez. Great pick though I can see you stuck with your reciever and jumped at the right moment to snagg it I can tell that much from the picture and he had the height advantage over you. Good INT, that picture just set off one of my highlight moments , thanks for bringing back the memories.

Definately High School and I wouldn't say you jumped higher than 30 inches. It looks like a big jump...but only because your bodies are long.

For you it may seem spectacular...

    keep up the great work.
