How to delete my answers from yahoo answer as i got this notice from yahoo today ?

Hello Giriraj, to be strictly accurate giving the detail your answer gave could be considered solicitaion. However in my opinion it is a fair and reasonable answer to the question. Obviously someone has gone through your naswers and reported you. May I suggest that you do not just walk away but appeal against the suspension. WHERE TO APPEAL

1: some notices do not have a link with which to appeal. In these cases, send your appeal on this form:

3: talk about how other content left up is worse than yours

4: talk about how upset/angry/sad/disgusted you are

5: accuse Yahoo of bias or censorship

6: make threats to Yahoo or their staff

Don't loose heart Giri, So far you have done a great service in guiding people. Your answers were direct and to the point. In the above question you have just provided information that your knowledge base had. I did not see any solicitation. I don't know what criteria Yahoo uses in determining solicitation. Fight it I am with you or go under a different profile name.

You should not take this , ignore. As long as you are strictly adharing to the guidelines ,you need not bother. Whether to delete answer or retain it is yahoos prerogative, it is not worth taking up this issue firther.

You can only delete open question or answers, if they have gone to the vote or resolved they cannot be removed.

The questions and answers stay in yahoo archive available for searching and browsing. only yahoo can delete them.
