Just want your insight on this one.?

My boyfriend and I broke up about a month ago over stupid reasons. Any way throughout our whole relationship, unfortunately, we never used condoms. (Yes, I know very stupid of me.) Basically I've been having symptoms of pregnancy for the last few weeks just about everything but vomitting but the nausea and all that is their. Tomorrow I'm having a blood test done at the doctors to test if I am. The reason i'm just stressed about it is because I didnt get a period for August not to mention that my cycles change every march and september. Usually when my cycles change it affects that month not the month before. I know its possible to be pregnant, but could it be possible that because my cycle changes this month thats y i'm not getting a period? I just want to know. I'm not worried about taking care of a baby right now. I can do it alone, my ex is a real jerk about things and basically has not done what he said he was going to so I figure I'm a single parent if i'm pregnant, any way just wanted to know your thoughts. Please nothing rude. I hate when people get on here and act rude about things.

Update:

what i mean about my cycles changing is that during the months from march to august my period comes early on in the month. and september to february my periods come late in the month.

well it kinda sounds like you might be pregnant; but then again it could be just stress, sometimes when i would be so stressed out my period wouldn't come for 2 months strait , then i would take a pregnancy test and my stress would go away and my period would come; i think you should go and take a p test now and just to double check go ahead with the blood work

and just in case you are pregnant CONGRATULATIONS don't worry you will be a great single mom there are so many out there so don't feel alone you just need your family and closest friends they will get you thru the tough times ..

I don't really understand what you mean about your cycles changing every March and September. However, I think you should take a pregnancy test now. It will show up positive if you're pregnant, since it's been more than a month since you've been with him. Get yourself some emotional support from family and friends, and best wishes! And hey, you never know, your ex could surprise you and be there for you (and/or the baby) in the end. At least give the guy a chance to do the right thing.

Not everyone who is pregnant feel nauseous and/or vomit. If your feeling tired, just kind of fatigued for no reason...Tender breasts...late period...then it sound as though your most likely pregnant.

    Congratulations! (?)

There are lots of symptoms and every woman's experience being pregnant is different. I had 4 children and it was different each time. The second was the worse...I had terrible migraines and nausea through out most of the pregnancy.

I do agree with the previous poster though, give the father a chance to step up and be responsible before you write him off. Many men who behaved childish and selfish often grow up when they have children. I hope this is the case for you.

If you are pregnant I'd like to recommend that you pick up the book "What To Expect When Your Expecting". It's a great book to have when your pregnant, especially for first time mommies.

Good Luck and I hope you'll come back and let us know the results!

  • IT is very possible for you to be pregnant. I would take a pregnancy test now since it's been a month since you were with your ex. I didn't get the vomiting when I was pregnant either, just the nausea. But good luck and if you are congrats on the baby

Menstrual irregularities can mean bleeding between your periods, skipping a period, or having very heavy menstrual periods.
