paint problem paint won't stay on sign?
have sanded a sign and washed with vingar and primer it most is good but the paint bubble any idear how i can fix it?

It sounds like the primer and the paint don't match.
The paint I would guess is an enamel and it is too hot as it dries. I would guess the paint is cooking the primer and causing the primer to bubble.
I think you need to change one or the other. That is my best guess.
