Problems using printer over wireless network.?

What you mean you want to print a paper to a XP computer you cant print a paper to a computer. but ill help you

I think it is from your misunderstanding

You need to put the installation CD software onto your computer. (Both of them)

Then it might work

If it dosent your software for your printer should have Wireless Configuration Utility chose that and you be on the network

NOTE: You might be geting you NETWORK KEY wrong check with your router manufactures website.

First you have to share the printer on your network, next you ave to install the printer on your remote computer. Go into your printers settings in the control panel and add a network printer, that should allow your setup to work.

Forget the printer for now, can you even see the XP machine from Vista when you browse your network ?

Can you ping the machines either ways ?

If no to above, then you have a firewall issue thats blocking them.

what are you utilising for you print server ( linksys? ) I actually have a simliar set up ( a million lap precise 2 computers, the table tops are hardwire by potential of utilising rj45 patch cable in to the community ) i used a linksys print server to print for all 3 computers and it artwork great, i do would desire to run the applying on all 3 computers and that i fastened the ip of the print server.
