I'm looking to purchase a new laptop with a good graphics chip but I'm stuck between the Inspiron and Dell XPS 15z. The inspiron comes with available AMD Radeon™ HD 6470M (64-bit) 512MB (Dual) and the XPS 15z comes with 1024MB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT525M. Obviously the XPS has a better chip but I'll be using the computer for light gamming, web surfing, e-mails, powerpoint, and keeping up with my photos and music. Is it worth spending the extra money to get the XPS? or Will I be fine with the inspiron. (Either way I go I will be adding 6gb of RAM and an I5 processor)

My dad wants to upgrade his PC from windows vista home premium to 7 professional. He wants to avoid doing a clean install which I understand is required if your upgrade your series? So I was wondering if he could use my copy of windows 7 home premium to upgrade his computer then could he buy a copy of 7 professional and upgrade to that? Would that avoid having to do a clean install also would it be "legal" considering my copy (which is already installed on my computer) would by installed on his for a short amount of time?

So for the past week I have had an on and off light (never over 100) fever. Also nausea and stomach aches and some sometimes dizzy. My mom has had the same symptoms as me and lots of people at my school have been getting just the flu. I thought that the stomach flu only last for a couple days which is why I keep holding off to go to the doctor...can it last more then a couple days or do I have something else.

im going to the doctors for a physical sometime this week so I will bring it up then If im still feeling sick....

Does anyone know is Humans will ever be sent to Mars? If so in our lifetime ...say within 60-70 years? Also is it true that within 20-30 years people will be taking vacations to the moon...it all seems sort of hard to believe!

Starting after christmas this phone number 676-801-368130 keeps sending me text messages about sales from a bunch of different stores. I have not signed up for anything and its getting really annoying as one last night one was sent to me at 1, 2 ,3 and 4 in the morning. they are really pointless sales like one saying Walgreen's was having a sale on calendars and at the end of all of them it says to make sure to ensure delivery to your in box please add. I also had one the other day saying my Orchard Bank card payment was received...im 15 I don't have credit debt. All these are from the same number. How do i stop these!?

I have a 15 gallon tank with 3 platys and 2 guppies. Well recently the female guppy had about 5 babies and about a month later 5 more. And since she had those last 5 I noticed a decline in her health. Her back looked like it was arching a Little and she stayed near the bottom and ended up dying. I thought it was simply the fact that she couldn't handle the pregnancy's and was probably pregnant again. (I have had her for about 5 months). Well I started to notice the same thing with the male guppy 3 days ago and he was dead this morning. (had him for about 5 months as well) 2 guppies in a month something must be up , right? All the platys and babies are looking healthy and doing fine. Any idea what might be wrong?

There's this girl I have been going to school with for a couple years now but just became friends with her a couple weeks ago. We have a bunch of classes together and we always talk and we have alot in common. Well I have started to really like her in the past couple days and I was going to maybe ask her out in a couple weeks if things keep going good. She always laughs at my stupid jokes and she always helps me with my homework and the other day we hung out outside of school but im scared that we will become to great of friends and she wont want to date me because of it(Its happened to me a couple times in the past). What should I do now to really hit it off with her?

I got an Ipod touch today and in my effort to connect it to the internet I realized I forgot my wep key. Not just the code but the pass phrase I used. I have tried everything I could think of is there anyway I can get on my computer and find out what I used? Im not about to change the pass phrase because I have 5 things connected to it already.

I just got a new Ipod touch 2g today and im having trouble connecting to the internet. I found the wireless router entered the password and got in. It says I have three bars and im connected but when I click on safari its says that im not connected to the internet. Anything internet related wont work because it says im not connected even though I have 3 bars and in settings it says im connected. Everything else connected to the internet is working fine. I tried resetting the ipod, turning off the computers fire wall and restarting the wireless router but nothing. Any advice?

Ok so I have a home network set up and I really want to set up so I can print papers from my Vista laptop to my XP computer. I went on the Xp computer and turned on printer sharing and gave the printer a name but my Vista laptop still cant find it!. PLease im so tried of digging out the usb cable to plug into my laptop!

and what time is it? (midwest) Also will the VP's be debating the same day?

I have a 15 gallon fish tank set up with 4 platys and 2 guppies. Right now they seem to be doing fine but for some reason none of them will mate. My only luck with the a platy having a baby was when I first bought her from the pet store. (yes there is a male platy and guppies I'm sure). I bought I water test kit but I have no idea what the numbers are ment to read. I have Hardness, Alkalinity, Ph, No3 and No2. The tank has been up for about 7 months now it has a filter and a heater that I have at 78 degree F. Also there has been a sort of spot brown algae growing that keeps coming back after I clean the sides down.

im thinking about mounting my flat screen on my wall and putting the dvd player and tv box in the closet behind it but I wont be able to use the remote for the tv box because it wont get range from there. Is the anything can buy to extend the range of the remote?

I was supposed to have a twin myself but early on in my mothers pregnancy she miscarriaged the other twin. Then on my fathers side his dad is a twin (my grandpa). Does this raise my chances of having twins? (I wouldent be the one having the baby because im a guy)

These religious people are going around my neighborhood today. They're the typ that try to push their crazy religion on you anyway Im at home alone today and I heard someone ring the doorbell I checked out the window and it was one of them so i didnt answer the door about 5 minutes passed and I heard the screen door open I ran to the window only to see the same people there and then they tried to acutually open the door! The door was locked so they didnt get in but the security alarm did beep so they did try to open it. What in the world where they trying to open my door for?! Should I call the cops?!

I just bought a new Sony DVD+R 20x drive. I have installed it and so far everything works fine I can listin to music through a Cd I can watch a DVD on it but I cant hear anything. Thats the problem I cant hear anything playing from a DVD. Do you know what the problem might be?

I just bought a new heater for my 15 gallon tank which has two platys and two guppies. I bought one of the more expensive heaters this time cause i was sick of them breaking! Anyway the heater does no come with an option to change the temperature as it keeps it at a constant 75-76 F. But im starting to think thats still alittle chilly for my fish. I have till sunday to return the heater if i need to for a new one so suggestions would be great.

I have been sort of skipping out on my weekly water changes for my fish tank and figured I better start back on that again. Well I quickly remembered why I stopped in the first place. Although going to the store to buy distilled water is only about 90 cents a gallon. I would change about 25% of the water each week so I have to buy atleast 5 of those each week and that can add up! How do you guys get the water for your tank?

Im downloading the vista service pack 1. Should I have saved it or just run it? I clicked run but im starting to think I was ment to press save

So today my Vista system crashed while i was browsing the web.... When I logged back on it told me i needed to download Vista Service Pack 1.I get on the site find the download but it tells me not to download if im only using it for one computer because a smaller verison is availble through Windows Update. I open up Windows Update and it says my computer is up to date. I checked for updates and there is none. I checked to see if it already downloaded it and it hasent. So should i just download it from the site?
