What are some healthy kid friendly snacks?

I need to figure out some kid friendly after school snacks. The most important thing is to incorporate fresh ingredients... like breads and grains, fresh vegetables and fruits. I've been doing the plain old fruits and vegetables in a bowl, I really need some new creative ideas to make after school snack not only fun but really healthy.

My son loves Celery and Peanut Butter. Or Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches. Also No bake cookies are really yummy!

    2 cups white sugar

    1/2 cup butter

    1/2 cup milk

    3 tablespoons cocoa powder

    3 cups quick cooking oats

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix together sugar, butter or margarine, and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and mix in cocoa, quick oatmeal and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.

pop corn (that you have popped not microwave) and mix in some dried cherries, or dried cranberries.

Whole wheat toast rounds with homemade pizza sauce, and part skim mozzarella cheese.

fresh or frozen berries topped with a dab of mascarpone cheese and a drizzle of honey

    celery stuffed with peanut butter

apple slices and strawberries with fat free caramel dip

    frozen grapes

frozen bananas on a stick with a drizzle of chocolate (I know chocolate isn't healthy, you need only use a little), and the banana is loaded with potasium.

sugar free jello with fruit in it.

Try peanut butter sandwiches and apples with peanut butter. Also cheese sticks and whole grain cracker were a favorite of mine!

Apple slices with natural peanut butter dip

    Carrots and ranch dip

Make your own 100% juice pops (they sell molds in many places)
