    All drivers are free.

To install drivers automatically go to Control Panel > Device Manager, then right click the device you want to update > Properties > Drivers. There'll be an automatically find drivers button. Should that fail, simply go to the hardware manufacturers site and put in the model of your hardware. If I wanted to update my processor drivers, for example, I'd go here: http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-... and find my processor model.

    I hope this helps you.

Not all driver updates come to you via Windows Update. If you want to get into the nitty gritty, download a program such as Belarc Advisor, or SIW to find out exactly what hardware you have installed, and then search on the manufacturers website for updates.

Chances are though, if you're a novice, things will go badly wrong once you've done a few updates and got a bit cocky. Make sure you've got back-ups!

Just use windows update. It's the easiest and quickest way to get most drivers. And it will autmatically scan your pc and find the missing ones or ones which need updated.

Easy method , is go to the web site of your driver, there you will be able to download newest driver for free. Just type in the search bar the name of the driver ,e.g Nvidia, Radeon whatever it is and away you go .
