A question for my fellow Buddhists?

can impermanence in and of itself be impermanent?

Update:

New Athiest

No. Belief is a form of grasping. I'm talking about impermanence. I invite you to try again. :D

Update 2:

ha ha NA you're funny. I mean that seriously.

But you're still not understanding the question. try again.

yes even impermanence is impermanent, as is everything.

    take this example :

form is emptiness, emptiness is form

form is not without emptiness, emptiness is not without form.

nothing exists on its own, all phenmenon arises from its causes,so using this as a base for the equation, you can plainly see that everything, no matter what is impermanent.

    even the dharma is impermanent.

I Guess You Didn't "grasp" what I was trying to point out. So here's another way...

    "All formations are impermanent"

I think that's just wordplay. The word impermanence probably isn't sufficient to contain what it implies.

Everything is. And as such it is a part of everything and therefore abides by it's own rules. Impermanence itself is always in flux, but it will always exist.
