Question on a Restraining Order?
I am 16 years old, and I am scared for my safety because my mom has a boy friend who has broken into my house like two times and has made threats and things. Can I as a minor get a restraining order and if so how do I go about doing that.

No. Its your moms house.If he has made a threat to you file with the police.If nothing happens go to a frend or familys house.Contact child protective services

Go to the police- they will call child protective services- and they will request the restraining order usually within 24 hrs. Of course that is only if he is making the threats against you- if it is your mom- she needs to step up and protect her family
